Full member Criteria
Membership, as a Full Member, shall only be open to companies and organisations with commercial or developmental interest in the Energy Storage in South Africa.
Full member Benefits
(1) Full members are a financial contributor to the Association.
(2) In addition to the criteria detailed in article 6.2 ( In pursuing its objectives, the Association shall have such powers as are normally associated with an universitas personarum under the common law of South Africa) below and such other criteria as may be used by the Management Committee to assess an applicant’s eligibility for membership as a Sponsor, admission to this group of membership shall be determined by an applicant’s willingness and ability to financially contribute to the Association.
(3) Full Member votes shall carry the most weight in any decision-making process of the Association. However, Full Member votes may be weighted differently and the weighting to be attached to each Full Member’s vote shall determine by the Terms of Agreement negotiated and concluded in terms of article 7.3.1.
